Rewards4Racing is a free programme for racing fans designed to help you save money on memorable race days and experiences. Collecting points is easy and can be redeemed as full or part-payment with any of our racecourse partners.
If you have already purchased tickets with The Jockey Club ARC or York Racecourse you will have been given the opportunity to opt in to Rewards4Racing.

My Rewards4Racing Account

Questions about your account

Please go to the login area and follow the forgotton password prompts and we’ll send a password reset email straight to your inbox.
Firstly, please check your spam folders and if the reset email is not there please contact us and one of our friendly team will be able to assist you further.
You can update any of your personal details by logging in to your Rewards4Racing account and selecting ‘My Details’.
If you have multiple email addresses you may discover that you have set up more than one Rewards4Racing account. It’s much easier to have all of your points in one place so please contact us and our customer service team will be able to help.
You can opt out of any of our marketing communications at any time by unsubscribing from the bottom of the email or contacting one of our customer service team.
We are sorry to hear that you wish to leave Rewards4Racing, please contact us and we will be able to close your account.

We are sorry to hear that you are missing points. To help us investigate this for you please raise a missing points claim via your your account by clicking here.

Please be aware that claims can only be raised 10 days after your purchase. Unfortunately, we are unable to raise claims more than 7 weeks after the transaction date so we advise raising claims quickly to avoid disappointment.
You must activate points from our betting partners by logging in to your account at least once a week. But don’t worry, if you forget to do this we’ll send you an email reminding you to log in and activate your points.
Please get in touch with our customer services team and a member of the team will get back to you within 24 hours.
The Rewards4Racing programme allows you to collect points on tracked purchases from our retail partners. To qualify for Rewards4Racing points, the retailer must confirm that the purchase is tracked, genuine and successful for your referral fee (Rewards4Racing points) to be received by us.
Firstly, please check that you haven’t included VAT or delivery charges in your calculation of points as unfortunately most retailers will not pay Rewards4Racing points for these. Occasionally points will initially track at a different rate than expected. Once the points have been confirmed by the retailer the points on your statement will update automatically to the correct amount.
Once you’ve completed your purchase the points relating to the transaction will show on your account as ‘Pending’. The length of time will depend on the terms and conditions outlined by the retailer. Once your points have been confirmed by the retailer the points will be paid.
We do give an indication on the retailer’s page of the length of time we expect a payment to take however, we’re afraid that payment periods cannot be guaranteed due to the number of parties involved in the process. We can assure you that we will always do our best to obtain your payment for you as quickly as possible.
We understand that it is very disappointing when this happens but we will try and do everything to help. Firstly, please take a look at the possible reason your transaction may have been declined or rejected below:
- You cancelled or returned all or part of your order
- You used a promotional or voucher code when making your purchase
- You asked for a quote or browsed the retailer’s website without completing your purchase
- You may have used a saved or renewal quote when completing your purchase
- You are an existing customer with the retailer and the offer at the time of your purchase was for new customers only. (Please see individual retailer’s terms to check whether this applies)
- You did not complete your order online. i.e it was finalised over the phone
- You did not meet the terms and conditions set out by the retailer.

If you do not think any of these apply, then please send over your purchase confirmation email to admin@rewards4racing.com and one of our customer service team will raise a missing points claim on your behalf.

Spending Points

You can spend your points with The Jockey Club, ARC and York Racecourse as full or part-payment. Whether you’re after a ticket to the races, a hospitality package, a race-card voucher or gift card your points can be used to purchase virtually anything available on the York, ARC or The Jockey Club websites.
Spending your Rewards4Racing points couldn’t be easier! Just follow the four easy steps below:

1. Visit any of the Jockey Club racecourse websites.
2. Select your tickets or hospitality.
3. On the ‘Billing Information’ page you will be asked to enter the monetary value of the points you’d like to redeem, by selecting the ‘R4R Points’ option.
4. If your Rewards4Racing account is not linked and you cannot see the ‘R4R Points’ option, please email hello@rewards4racing.com and we’d be happy to link your accounts.
5. Complete your purchase and go racing!

If you are experiencing any difficulties with this, please contact us and one of our team will be happy to help.
If your Rewards4Racing account has been created prior to making a purchase with the Jockey Club then you will need to contact us to manually link your accounts before spending your points.
Spending your Rewards4Racing points couldn’t be easier! Just follow the four easy steps below:

1. Log in to your York Racecourse account.
2. Choose your fixture and tickets.
3. On the ‘Confirm and Pay page’, choose the amount of points you would like to use. 
4. If your Rewards4Racing account is not linked, visit https://www.yorkracecourse.co.uk/rewards4racing-area.html (whilst logged into your York Racecourse account) and link your accounts by typing in your Rewards4Racing email address and password. 
5. Complete your purchase and go racing!

Spending your Rewards4Racing points couldn’t be easier! Just follow the steps below:

1. Sign up/log in to your ARC account (any racecourse) – your Rewards4Racing balance will then populate automatically providing that your email matches your Rewards4Racing account.
2. Choose your tickets.
3. State the amount of points you wish to use on the ‘Review Your Order’ page.
4. Complete your purchase and go racing!

Your points will expire after 13 months of inactivity on your account. But don’t worry, we’ll be in touch before your points are due to expire to give you the chance to save them!

General Information

The privacy and security of your personal information is extremely important to us, and we always maintain the highest levels of member confidentiality. Full details can be found on our Security & Privacy Policy sections.
Please note that the following exclusions apply to all purchases:
- Where a gift card or shopping card is used as payment.
- Where a voucher or discount code is used when completing the purchase.
- Where a purchase/booking has been amended, cancelled or returned for whatever reason.
- Where the purchase is not completed entirely online in a single visit to the retailer’s website.
- Where the retailer’s terms and conditions have not been met.
- Where another referrer is awarded the commission for the sale eg. Comparison site, rewards site, search engine etc.
- Where a voucher, gift card or postage stamps have been purchased.

Please note that some retailers have their own policies and restrictions on eligibility and these will be listed under the terms and conditions of the individual retailer.
We put customer service and commitment to our members at the heart of what we do. We strive to get it right, first time, every time. But occasionally, things don't go as planned.

If this happens we’d really like your feedback as not only does it allow us to explain and apologise to you, it also helps us to improve our product and service.

Most complaints can be dealt with by our Customer Service team, they will do their best to resolve the matter quickly, sympathetically and to your satisfaction.

For your complaint to be properly registered please give us the following information:

- Your full name
- Your Rewards4Racing member ID (if available)
- The email address linked to your Rewards4Racing account
- Your preferred contact details; e mail, phone number or land address
- Details of the complaint along with the names of any of our staff you spoke to at the time

If you email us you will receive a response with 24 working hours, if you write to us at the above address we will post you an acknowledgement letter within 5 working days of receipt.

Our customer service contact number is 0845 605 5220 and if you telephone us in office hours the phone will be answered promptly and in no more than 3 rings. Any messages left on our phone overnight will be responded to by the appropriate department on the next working day.

All complaints are logged into our database and allocated to one of our Customer Service Executives who will investigate and subsequently respond to you either by phone, email or letter no later than 28 days after you have received your acknowledgement. Our Customer Service Executive will also give you their name and contact details for any follow-up
