I signed up with one of your betting partners at the weekend but the sign-up and betting points have not been added to my account.
Don’t worry this is perfectly normal, as long as you signed up through one of our links and used the email address registered on your Rewards4Racing account the points will be added automatically, it can take a couple of weeks for the accounts to be linked and for your points to appear.
I seem to have 2 Rewards4Racing accounts that are linked to two different email addresses, is it possible to combine the accounts?
That’s no problem at all, if you could email our Customer Service Team on firstname.lastname@example.org confirming the two email addresses and the one you would like to use going forward they can merge the accounts for you.
I have some points that are pending on my account do you know when they will be available to spend?
Once your online transaction has tracked the points will show as pending on your account, this will be updated when the transaction is confirmed and paid by the retailer.
The amount of time a transaction is pending depends on each individual retailer’s Terms and Conditions and although we would expect points to appear a lot sooner it can take up to 6 months.
Points relating to travel/holiday bookings generally take up to 12 weeks to be paid after the stay/journey is complete.
