You Spend, We Give!
Introducing our charity partnership with Racing Welfare
We’re delighted to announce our exciting new partnership with Racing Welfare, the charity supporting the workforce of British horseracing. Every time you shop online with our 4,000 plus retailers, including Booking.com, Argos and ao.com, we will make a donation to Racing Welfare. So not only do you collect points, we donate on your behalf! You will still receive your full allocation of points from us but at the same time we will be giving back to the racing industry.
In 2016, 87,000 of our members spent over £13.8 million with the programme’s online and in-store retailers. Now every time there’s a shopping transaction from one of our members, Racing Welfare will benefit. Our donations will raise essential funds for the charity and will ensure our members are contributing to the role that Racing Welfare plays in supporting racing’s workforce.
Racing Welfare offer professional guidance and practical help to the staff whose dedication is vital for the well-being of racing. Their work aims to help people, from the beginning of their career, into retirement, to thrive in day to day life and through a range of challenges specific to a career in racing.
How does Racing Welfare help?
- The provision of 150 quality homes for the elderly and those entering racing
- A 24/7 helpline
- Life skills programmes for the young entering the industry
- Holidays and outings for the elderly
- Mobility aids and accessibility adaptions to properties for the elderly
- Sports and activity funding
- Assistance, retraining and counselling for the injured or disabled
What does it cost?
