Chepstow Racecourse’s Ladies Evening is set to return on Friday 12th July, with seven flat races, followed by a set from 90s pop sensations – All Saints. We are thrilled to announce we will have a live performance from the chart-topping, BRIT award-winning, girl-group, live after racing. With multiple number one hits such as Pure Shores, Black Coffee and Never Ever, it is going to be a fantastic evening not to be missed!
There will be a Best Dressed Lady competition on the night with an amazing 1st prize of £1000! There will also be fantastic prizes for the remaining top 10. So get your biggest hat and best suit ready and head to the races for an afternoon and evening of great racing and brilliant entertainment.
The Silk Series - a £150,000 race series for female jockeys across fifteen British racecourses – also returns to Chepstow, for its third year. Continuing to support Cancer Research UK - having raised over £52,000 in 2018 – £1 will be donated to the charity for each ticket sold. The series went down to the final fixture last season – Thursday 13th September, at Doncaster – where reigning champion Megan Nicholls’ 7th, on-board Richard Fahey’s Eastern Impact, was enough to seal her second series success in the two-year running of the competition. Can she make it 3-3 in 2019?
