What is Rewards4Racing?

Rewards4Racing is free to join and use, providing an easy way for members to earn Rewards4Racing Points and have a great day out at the races just by doing their everyday shopping.

Rewards4Racing members can shop with both in-store and online shopping partners to automatically collect Rewards4Racing Points. The Points members collect can be redeemed for great Racing Rewards.



How do I join Rewards4Racing?

It’s easy, just buy a ticket for a race meeting at any of The Jockey Club's racecourses or become an annual member of any of The Jockey Club's racecourses and you’ll be eligible to join:

1.Once you’ve joined, complete the registration process by providing some basic information on the registration form and you’re done!

2.If you’ve been opted in to the programme following your ticket purchase, the long number on the front of the credit or debit card that you used to buy the ticket will become the linked card on your account. This will enable you to start collecting Rewards4Racing Points in-store from your High Street shopping.

Is Rewards4Racing free to join?

Yes, Rewards4Racing is completely free of charge to join and to use provided that you have purchased a ticket for a race meeting at any of The Jockey Club’s racecourses or become an annual member of any of The Jockey Club’s racecourses. We only take the long number of your credit and debit cards to track when you have collected Rewards4Racing Points – we will never charge you.



Do I need an email address to join Rewards4Racing?

Yes, in order to use the Rewards4Racing website yourself, you will need to provide a valid email address. If you do not wish to receive partner offers from us via email, you can unsubscribe from these communications at any time.



Collecting Rewards4Racing Points

How do I log in to my Rewards4Racing account?

Once you’ve completed your registration, we will send a confirmation to your email address. You can then log in to your account at any time using your email address and the password you created.

If you have forgotten your password, we can send a reminder to your registered email address or for further help please contact the Rewards4Racing Team.

We will constantly update our help section to make your learning experience hassle free but if you can't find the answer to your question please contact our dedicated Rewards4Racing Team via admin@rewards4racing.com who will aim to answer you within 24 hours.



How do I collect Rewards4Racing Points?

Our main query from members is 'what is a point worth?' We have listened! Our new site ensures that, when you shop via Rewards4Racing, you know exactly what you are saving off your next trip to the races! We convert all the money earned through your purchases into Rewards4Racing points which you can then use to make your next trip to the races cheaper.

Earning cashback & Rewards4Racing points online:

  1. Browse

    Browse our thousands of retailers and offers. You can browse via the navigation ('Ways to save', 'Shop all categories' and 'Hot offers') or via the search bar.

  2. Shop

    Review the retailer's offers, then visit their site via the 'get cashback' button on Rewards4Racing and buy your items as you normally would. The price of the product on the retailer's page will be exactly the same as if would if you'd gone there direct.

  3. Earn Rewards4Racing points through online cashback

    Once you've made a purchase, we'll track the amount of cashback you're due and send you an email to confirm this. It will also show in the ‘My Statement’ section of your account.

Earning cashback & Rewards4Racing points in-store:

If you love using Rewards4Racing to earn cashback online (which is converted into valuable Rewards4Racing points), you'll be excited to learn you can also earn it on the high street with In- store cashback. All you need to do is register your credit or debit card with Rewards4Racing.

  1. Register your card

    Registering is simple and secure. Enter the 16 or 19 digit number on the front of your credit or debit card on our In-store cashback page. It won't cost you a thing and you can register more than one card.

  2. Shop

    All you need to do is use your registered card to pay at the till in the store as you normally would and we'll track the cashback.

  3. Earn Rewards4Racing points through in-store cashback

    Earning in-store cashback is really that simple. Once you've made a purchase, we'll track the amount of cashback you're due and send you an email to confirm this. It will also show in the ‘My Statement’ section of your account.

    Once the retailer confirms your purchase, your Rewards4Racing account will be updated with points to the cash value you have earned.



Best Practices

Tips to making cashback work for you:

- Always login first and start your shopping by clicking on the merchant´s link.

- Delete all you cookies and temporary Internet files. Make sure your cookies are enabled and pop-up blockers are disabled.

- Your computer and Internet browser must be configured properly. Ensure to run your computer with latest software updates and service packs.

- Temporarily disable pop-ups and enable javascript in your browser.

- Anti-virus software and Firewalls are known to obstruct affiliate links. Your firewall must be enabled for cookie tracking. Ad and cookie blocking must be disabled to allow us to track your transactions.

- If possible, use a dedicated browser for all your shopping, as you would have to do all the settings once and never worry about the later.

- Don't use any voucher codes received from any source other than Rewards4Racing.

- This includes email vouchers, TV and radio promotional vouchers, newspaper vouchers etc. Using third party codes may void your cash back earnings.

- Try to complete your purchase in one sitting only. Using a saved quote or shopping from previously saved shopping carts may invalid your cash back earnings. If after checkout you want to continue your purchase from the same merchant, close the browser, return to the site and start a new session by clicking the merchant link.

- Don’t open too many website tabs in the same browser as it may seriously affect transaction tracking.

- If you experience problems in online transaction and opt to call the merchant to complete the order, your cashback earning could be affected please refer to retailers terms and conditions.

- Never mix products with different cashback rates within the same purchase as the retailer will track everything at the lower rate.

- Never buy more than one insurance policy/phone contract etc. in the same purchase - make a separate purchase for each in order to qualify for the cashback.



Is cashback guaranteed?

Our service allows members to earn cashback (and therefore Rewards4Racing points) on tracked purchases from retailers. To qualify for cashback (and therefore Rewards4Racing points), the retailer must confirm that the purchase is tracked, genuine and successful and your resulting referral fee must be received by us (becoming “cashback” (and therefore Rewards4Racing points) as a result). We do give an indication on the retailer's page of the length of time we expect a payment to take, we're afraid that payment periods cannot be guaranteed due to the number of parties and hand-offs involved in the process but we will always do our best to obtain your payment for you as quickly as possible.

If your purchase is declined we can investigate this further and you can simply raise a declined Cashback Claim and we’ll go back to the retailer to find out why they declined the cashback (and therefore the resulting Rewards4Racing points).

Please note that some retailers may not be forthcoming with untracked cashback. We endeavour to chase untracked cashback but reserve the right to halt enquiries at any time. Please do not make purchase decisions based on expected cashback as it is not guaranteed.



What happens if my purchase doesn't track?

Please raise a missing cashback claim for all online purchases.

All retailers have their own cashback claim period during which your claim must be raised, and this can range from 7 to 26 weeks. We advise you to raise your claim as quickly as possible if your purchase hasn't tracked after 3 days, to avoid disappointment.

For Instore purchases it can take up to 28 days to track, due to the returns policies in place in these stores.

If it hasn't tracked after 28 days we can help though. Just email cashbackclaims@rewards4racing.com, type ‘For the attention of Rewards4Racing Team’ in the subject line of your email, and provide us with the following:

- a scanned copy of your store receipt

- your username

- the name of the retailer

- the date of purchase



Why are none of my purchases tracking recently?

When this happens, it's generally due to your browser settings. Here's some information which should help with that. We're sorry it's a bit technical, but it is worth a try.

Firstly, you will need to add the following URL's to your security software exceptions.

There are also certain things you can set up in your web browser to improve tracking.

For Firefox Users:

Enable Cookies: Go to Tools - Options - Privacy. Then please change your settings under History to Remember History.

Enable JavaScript: Go to Tools - Options - Content. Then please ensure Enable JavaScript is ticked.

Disable pop-up blocker: Go to Tools - Options - Content. Then please ensure Block pop-up windows is not ticked.

Clear Cookies: Go to Tools - Clear Recent History. Please change the time range to clear to Everything.

For Google Chrome Users:

Enable Cookies: Tools - Options - Under the Hood - Cookie Settings. Please change to Allow all Cookies.

Clear Cookies: Go to Tools - Clear Browsing Data. Please change the time range to clear to Everything.

For Internet Explorer Users:

Lower Security Level: Go to Tools - Internet Options - Security. Please lower Security level to Medium.

Lower Privacy Settings: Go to Tools - Internet Options - Privacy. Please lower the Security Level to Low.

Disable Pop-up Blocker: Tools - Internet Options - Privacy. Please ensure the Pop-up Blocker at the bottom of the options page is not ticked.

Clear Cookies: Go to Tools - Delete Browsing History. Please delete all.

For Safari for Windows:

Enable Cookies: Go to Tools - Preferences - Security. Then please Accept cookies.

Enable JavaScript: Go to Tools - Preferences - Security. Then please ensure Enable JavaScript is ticked.

Disable pop-up blocker: Go to Tools - Preferences - Security. Please ensure Block Pop-up Windows is not ticked.

Clear Cookies: Go to Tools - Reset Safari. Tick Clear History, empty the cache, remove all cookies and click Reset.



What happens if my purchase gets declined?

We know it’s very disappointing when this happens and we’ll do everything possible to help. Firstly, take a look at these possible reasons for the cashback being declined:

- The purchase was returned, cancelled or the order amended

- The purchase was not completed wholly online

- You didn’t clear your cookies before you made your purchase and another referrer has been awarded the cashback commission (e.g. a price comparison site)

- You didn’t comply with the terms and conditions of the retailer.

- A voucher code or gift code not authorised by us was used

- The merchant has ceased trading or has gone into administration.

If you don’t think any of these apply to your purchase simply raise a declined Cashback Claim and we’ll go back to the retailer to find out why they declined the cashback.

Please note – declined cashback claims must be raised within 7 weeks of the decline date.



My in-store purchase hasn't tracked. What can I do?

For Instore purchases it can take up to 28 days to track, due to the returns policies in place in these stores.



Why has my cashback tracked at a lower amount than I was expecting?

Why has my cashback tracked at a lower amount than I was expecting?

Firstly, please check that you haven't included VAT and delivery charges, as most retailers don't pay cashback for these.

Also,some purchases do track at the wrong rate initially before updating automatically a little later on. These will show as 'no amount' in your activity page and will update when your purchase is confirmed by the retailer.



I have not received Rewards4Racing points for some purchases which are showing as paid.
What can I do?

We need to allow a few days for the cashback to be converted into Rewards4Racing points and to be credited into your account, but if we confirmed to you that the purchase should have been paid more than 5 days ago, please contact the Rewards4Racing Team and we’ll look into this for you.



Are Rewards4Racing points paid on the full amount of my purchase?

Unless otherwise stated, cashback is only paid on the purchase price, excluding VAT, delivery and any charges made by the retailer for credit card payments etc.



How do I update my personal settings?

Please select settings in your home page and you will be able to update and amend any settings you have provided us.

How voucher codes work

How printable vouchers work

Get an instant discount at a range of high-street retailers, gyms, attractions and restaurants by presenting them with one of our printable vouchers.

  1. Browse

    Browse all of our printable vouchers. You can find all the best ones in our Top printable vouchers section.

  2. Print

    Click through to the printable voucher you wish to use and print it out. (Please note, some retailers and restaurant chains ask for you to provide them with some personal details in exchange for the printable voucher).

  3. Present and save

    Some restaurants will ask you to present your printable voucher when you arrive but most will only ask you to show it when you make your payment.



The link to the retailer doesn't work. What can I do?

If you have a problem going through a link from Rewards4Racing to a retailer's site, we recommend you do the following:

What can I use my Rewards4Racing Points for?

Rewards4Racing Points can quickly and easily be turned into superb Racing Rewards! Whether you’re after a ticket for the races, an upgrade on your current ticket, a racecard, or a fantastic racing experience, just visit the My Rewards page to see what you can redeem your Rewards4Racing Points for.



How do I redeem my Rewards4Racing Points?

Spending your Rewards4Racing Points couldn’t be easier. Simply go to the My Rewards section of the website and click the Redeem button under your selected item. Our system then checks whether you have enough Rewards4Racing Points, Following successful processing of the order you will receive your Racing Reward!



Will my Rewards4Racing Points expire?

Within a period of 3 months after earning Rewards4Racing Points when shopping with any of our in-store shopping partners using your linked card(s), you must logon to your Rewards4Racing account to activate these Points and ensure that they are available for use. If you do not logon to your account within this 3 month period, then the Rewards4Racing Points earned in-store with the relevant retailer(s) will be cancelled and cannot be used.

If for any period of 6 months you do not logon to your Rewards4Racing account, then the status of your account will be amended to a 'Dormant Account'. If you have a ‘Dormant Account’ you will no longer be able to earn Rewards4Racing Points when shopping with our in-store shopping partners using your linked card(s).

We reserve the right to terminate any account that has been a Dormant Account for a period of 6 months or more. We will make every effort to contact the account holder, via their nominated email address, to notify the account holder that their account is at risk of termination through inactivity. If a reply is received confirming that the account is still active we will continue to maintain the account. In the absence of a satisfactory response, the account will be terminated, and any Rewards4Racing Points balance cancelled.



How can I check how many Rewards4Racing Points I've collected?

Your Rewards4Racing Points balance can be viewed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week by logging in to your account and checking My Account, My Statement. Alternatively, you can ask the Rewards4Racing team via email on admin@rewards4racing.com



How secure is the registration process?

The Rewards4Racing website is a secure site, certified by Digicert. This means that the information you provide is encrypted during transit between your computer and our server. The website uses Digicert’s highest possible level of protection utilising 128-bit SSL encryption. Further details are contained in our Security Policy.



What is a security question?

You will be asked to provide a memorable security question during your registration which can be changed at any time by logging in to your account and going to My Account, Edit Details. In case you lose your password for your Rewards4Racing account, you will be asked to answer this question to reset it so please choose something unique and memorable.



How secure is my payment card information?

In handling all of your personal data we maintain the highest levels of privacy and security, in particular in relation to payment cards held. Your security and privacy is extremely important to us. Full details of our approach to these subjects can be found in the Security Policy and Privacy Policy sections.



Important Information

Exceptions

Cashback (and therefore Rewards4Racing points) cannot be earned on following transactions: - If a gift card or shopping card is used in the purchase, the order is cancelled or returned, not completed online (please note some retailers do have phone tracking, please see T&C’s), not met terms and conditions or another referrer is rewarded the cashback (and therefore the Rewards4Racing points).

Some stores do have policies and restrictions for cashback (and therefore Rewards4Racing points) earning eligibility and these will be visible under the terms and conditions listed on each retailer page.


Misuse

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any Member's access to the service, or parts of it, if in our reasonable view the relevant Member or Account appears to be in breach of any provision of this Agreement.

Members must not enter into, or attempt to enter into, any transaction with a retailer or to gain Cashback (and therefore Rewards4Racing points) (a) by providing personal information of someone else, or a payment method which they are not entitled to use, (b) by deceptively or unfairly exploiting a retailer’s offering, or (c) in breach of any terms and conditions applied by Rewards4Racing or the retailer to that transaction.

It is each Members obligation to ensure that any material posted by him/her or associated with his/her Account:

- is not defamatory, offensive, or abusive or of an obscene, indecent or menacing nature;

- is not intended or likely to cause needless annoyance, inconvenience or distress to any person;

- does not contain any computer virus, macro virus, Trojan horse, worm, or anything else designed to interfere with, interrupt, or disrupt the normal operating procedures of a computer or to surreptitiously intercept, access without authority, or expropriate any system, data or personal information;

- does not contravene any applicable law or regulation (including, but not limited to, laws governing consumer protection, distance selling, unfair competition, anti-discrimination, false advertising, copyright, trademark and privacy);

- does not breach the rights of any person or entity (including any rights or expectations of privacy);

- does not advertise any goods or services.


Complaints procedure

Our aim is to provide a first class service at all times. However, if you wish to register a complaint, please contact the Rewards4Racing Team via email on admin@rewards4racing.com or Monday – Friday we are available on 0845 605 5220.

They will respond to you promptly and they will keep you informed of the progress of your complaint. A decision to your complaint will be made within eight weeks.
